Section 20-23-5-2 - "Annex"

As used in this chapter, "annex", "annexing", "annexation", and "school annexation" mean any action whereby the boundaries of a school corporation are changed so that additional territory, constituting all or a part of any one (1) or more other school corporations, is transferred to the school corporation.
