As used in this chapter, "eligible applicant" means any of the following:
(1) A school corporation.(2) A public school, including a charter school.(3) A state accredited nonpublic school.(4) A teacher employed by a: (A) school corporation; or(B) school listed in subdivision (2) or (3).
