Ind. Code § 20-20-45-1

Section 20-20-45-1 - "Eligible entity"

As used in this chapter, "eligible entity" means:

(1) a postsecondary educational institution; or

(2) any organization that provides a nationally recognized and high quality professional development training program in computer science education.
