Section 20-20-38-10 - Biennial report; attrition and persistence rates(a) The state board shall develop a definition for and report biennially to:(1) the general assembly; and(2) the governor; on attrition and persistence rates by students enrolled in secondary career and technical education. A biennial report under this section to the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
