Section 20-20-19-1 - Qualifications of school social workers(a) An individual who obtains a position as a school social worker for a school corporation must hold a master's degree in social work.(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to an individual who obtained a position as a school social worker for a school corporation before July 1, 2001.Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-32-1.
