Section 2-7-3.5-4 - Annual report of reportable expenditures(a) Each state educational institution shall annually file a report of all reportable expenditures.(b) A report required by this chapter must:(1) be filed with the commission not later than November 30 of each year; and(2) cover the period from November 1 of the previous year through October 31 of the year in which the report is filed.(c) The first report required by this chapter must: (1) be filed with the commission not later than November 30, 2015; and(2) cover the period from November 1, 2014, through October 31, 2015.Added by P.L. 123-2015, SEC. 15, eff. 7/1/2015.
