Section 16-46-16.7-4 - Proposal for grant or contract; requirements(a) A person seeking a grant or contract under this chapter must submit a proposal to a local health department in the manner prescribed by the local health department.(b) A proposal for a contract or grant under this chapter must include proposed measurable and specific improvement in Indiana in one (1) or more core public health services.(c) A local health department shall consider working collaboratively with another local health department in awarding a contract or grant under this chapter.Added by P.L. 164-2023,SEC. 51, eff. 7/1/2023.
