Section 16-46-1-17 - Funds from other sources

This chapter does not prevent local boards of health from receiving funds from other sources and disbursing those funds for use:

(1) in the improvement and extension of existing programs; and

(2) in the development of new and needed programs;

to protect the health of the public.
