Section 16-44-2-13 - Rules and regulations governing inspections, forms, and enforcement

The state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:

(1) Methods of inspections.

(2) The providing of forms required.

(3) Other matters necessary for the enforcement of this chapter.
