Section 16-42-18.5-4 - Requirements; fee(a) Before issuing a certificate of free sale, a business shall provide the following to the state department:(1) Proof of registration with the Indiana secretary of state.(2) The most recent inspection report showing the business is in good standing.(3) A completed application.(4) The fee for the certificate of free sale.(b) The state department shall charge the following fees for issuing a certificate of free sale: (1) For each original certificate, a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25).(2) For each additional copy, a fee of five dollars ($5).Added by P.L. 143-2022,SEC. 49, eff. 7/1/2022.
