Section 16-42-1-14 - Report of judgments, orders, and decrees

The state health commissioner or the commissioner's legally authorized agent may periodically publish reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders given under IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, including the nature of the charge and the disposition of the charge.
