Section 16-41-27.5-3 - "Recreational vehicle"(a) As used in this chapter, "recreational vehicle" means a vehicle with or without motive power that is equipped to be used exclusively as living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways.(b) The term includes the following:(1) A travel trailer, including a "fifth wheel" travel trailer towed by a truck connected to the trailer by a hitch located in the bed of the truck.(3) A truck camper that has an enclosure with a floor and facilities allowing it to be used as a dwelling.Added by P.L. 43-2022,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2022.
