Section 16-33-4-19 - Maintenance of home and grounds; cultivation of connected lands; assistance of children(a) The superintendent shall do the following:(1) Cause the grounds of the home to be:(A) kept in proper order; and(B) ornamented with trees, shrubs, and flowers.(2) Provide and maintain conservatories or greenhouses.(b) The superintendent:(1) may have any suitable land connected with the home cultivated for the use and benefit of the home; and(2) shall have the children in the home assist in the work.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6.5-5-19(a), (b).
