Section 16-31.5-7-2 - Expedited licenses

Member states shall expedite the processing of licensure applications submitted by:

(1) veterans;

(2) active military service members;

(3) members of the National Guard and reserves, separating from an active duty; and

(4) the spouse of an individual described in subdivisions (1) through (3).
