Section 16-31-7-4 - Sources of fund

The fund consists of income derived as follows:

(1) Generated by the state emergency medical services conference authorized under IC 16-31-2-7(a)(1)(F).

(2) Generated by education programs conducted by the commission.

(3) From civil penalties imposed by the commission.
