Section 16-31-10-1 - Injunctions(a) The:(2) prosecuting attorney; or(3) commission; may, in accordance with the Indiana laws governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person from violating this article or the rules adopted under this article.
(b) An injunction issued under this section does not relieve a person from criminal prosecution under this article or the rules adopted under this article. An injunctive remedy is in addition to any remedy provided for the criminal prosecution of a violation of this article or the rules adopted under this article.Pre-1993 Recodification Citations: 16-1-39-16; 16-1-40-10(d).
