Section 16-25-4.5-1 - Purpose The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that:
(1) women considering abortion after receiving a diagnosis of a lethal fetal anomaly are informed of the availability of perinatal hospice care; and(2) women choosing abortion after receiving a diagnosis of a lethal fetal anomaly are making a fully informed decision.Added by P.L. 213-2016, SEC. 12, eff. 7/1/2016.
