Section 16-22-7-12 - Quorum; reimbursement of expenses

A majority of the governing board constitutes a quorum and the concurrence of a majority is necessary to authorize any action. Members serve without pay but are entitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of the members' duties.
