Section 16-22-12-6 - Submission of requests for aid

A hospital corporation entitled under this chapter to receive aid shall, within the time fixed for townships to file budgets, file with the auditor of the county a written request addressed to the county fiscal body for aid. The request must include a statement of the facts that entitle the hospital corporation to aid.
