Section 16-20-8-7 - Inspection and copying of checklist and narrative report in absence of written response

If a written response is not submitted within the time described in section 5 of this chapter, the checklist and the narrative report may be inspected and copied under IC 5-14-3 immediately after the expiration of that period of time.
