Section 16-20-1-30 - Rights of employees of city-county health departments in Allen County under prior law(a) An individual who was an employee of a city-county health department in Allen County under IC 16-1-7-16 (before its repeal) on December 31, 1985, is entitled to the benefits relating to vacation, sick leave, insurance, and clothing allowance permitted under IC 16-1-7-16 (before its repeal).(b) The benefits provided under subsection (a) are subject to satisfactory job performance.Amended by P.L. 104-2022,SEC. 100, eff. 4/1/2022.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 311, eff. 7/1/2011.
