Section 16-19-3.1-4 - Rules(a) The state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out the purposes of this chapter.(b) Rules adopted under this section must include the following: (1) Remediation standards for a site that has been contaminated by the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance.(2) The procedure for the issuance of a certification of decontamination by a qualified inspector under section 3(a) of this chapter.(3) Requirements for the documentation of remediation required by section 3(b) of this chapter.Added by P.L. 111-2018,SEC. 10, eff. 7/1/2018.
