Section 16-19-3.1-2 - Coordination with local health departments on contaminated sites

The state department shall coordinate with, and provide assistance to, local health departments in carrying out the powers and duties under IC 16-41-20 concerning a site that has been contaminated by the illegal manufacture of controlled substances.
