Section 16-19-3-4.3 - Variances from rules regarding food handling or food establishments

Upon a showing of good cause, the executive board may grant a variance from one (1) or more of the state rules concerning:

(1) food handling machinery; or
(2) sanitary standards for the operation of food establishments.
