Section 16-18-2-82 - "Cosmetic"(a) "Cosmetic", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, means:(1) articles intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled, or sprayed on, introduced into, or otherwise applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance; and(2) articles intended for use as a component of any of those articles.(b) The term does not include soap.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-3(g).
