Section 16-18-2-7.3 - "Advanced practice registered nurse last in attendance"(a) "Advanced practice registered nurse last in attendance" means the individual who pronounced the time of death for a deceased individual.(b) For purposes of IC 16-37-3, the term includes an individual who holds a license under IC 25-23 and is practicing as an advanced practice registered nurse and meets the definition of IC 25-23-1-1(b).Added by P.L. 131-2020,SEC. 1, eff. 1/1/2021.
