Section 16-18-2-56.2 - "Clearance examination"

"Clearance examination", for purposes of IC 16-41-39.4, means an activity conducted by a clearance examiner who is licensed under IC 16-41-39.8 to establish proper completion of interim controls (as defined in 24 CFR 35.110).
