Section 16-18-2-38 - "Branch locker plant"

"Branch locker plant" means a location or an establishment in which space in individual lockers is rented to individuals for the storage of food at not more than forty-five (45) degrees Fahrenheit after the food has been prepared for storage at a central plant.
