Section 16-18-2-317.7 - "Residential care facility"

"Residential care facility", for purposes of:

(1) IC 16-28-2;

(2) IC 16-28-6.5;

(3) IC 16-28-11-8; and

(4) IC 16-32-5;

means an entity licensed under IC 16-28 and registered as a housing with services establishment under IC 12-10-15.
