Section 16-18-2-198 - "Labeling"

"Labeling", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, means all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter:

(1) upon any article or any of the containers or wrappers; or

(2) accompanying the article.
