(a) A retail pet store shall accept, for any reason, the return of a dog sold within three (3) business days of the original sale.(b) The retail pet store may charge a return fee not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the purchase price of the dog.Added by P.L. 4-2024,SEC. 23, eff. 7/1/2024.
