Section 15-19-7-2.5 - "Contract feeder" As used in this chapter, "contract feeder" means a person who:
(1) is an independent contractor;(2) feeds commercial feed to animals under a contract where the commercial feed is supplied, furnished, or otherwise provided to the person; and(3) receives remuneration that is determined wholly or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits, or amount or quality of product.Added by P.L. 99-2012, SEC. 22, eff. 7/1/2012.
