Properly prepared plans for each milkhouse, milking barn, stable, parlor, transfer station, milk plant, milk tank truck cleaning facility, and receiving station regulated under this chapter that is constructed, reconstructed, or extensively altered must be submitted to the board for written approval before work is begun.
