Section 15-17-3-10 - Meetings; quorum(a) The board: (1) shall hold quarterly meetings at the board's office in Indianapolis, during January, April, July, and October of each year; and(2) may hold special meetings upon the call of the chairperson or a majority of the members of the board.(b) Six (6) members of the board constitute a quorum to transact business.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-3-10.
