Section 15-17-2-56 - "Milk distributor"(a) "Milk distributor" means a person that offers for sale or sells milk or milk products to another person.(b) The term does not include the following:(1) A store or market that receives and sells bottled or packaged milk and milk products in the original container or package to consumers.(2) A restaurant, soda fountain, or similar establishment serving milk or milk products.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-28.6.
