Section 15-17-2-46 - "Licensed and accredited veterinarian"

"Licensed and accredited veterinarian" means a veterinarian:

(1) licensed by any state; and

(2) accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture under 9 CFR Subchapter J to perform official functions.
