Section 15-17-16-3 - Rules; renewal(a) The board may adopt rules concerning the following:(1) Annual or biannual renewal of any class of license issued under this article.(2) A common renewal date for each class of license.(b) The state veterinarian or the state veterinarian's authorized agent shall sign each license issued by the board.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-17-3.
