Section 15-17-15-7 - Sales for immediate slaughter(a) An animal may be sold for immediate slaughter at a livestock auction market, community sale, or public stockyard.(b) A person may not knowingly resell or divert for any purpose, other than immediate slaughter to an approved slaughtering establishment, an animal sold for immediate slaughter.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-15-9.
