Section 15-16-5-50 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Licensed applicators not for hire(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person may not act as a licensed applicator not for hire unless the person has obtained a license from the state chemist.(b) A person who is not a licensed applicator not for hire may use a restricted use pesticide if the person is under the direct supervision of a licensed applicator not for hire.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-3.6-7.1.
