Section 15-16-5-33 - [Effective 7/1/2024] "Registered technician"

As used in this chapter, "registered technician" means a person who:

(1) is not certified or licensed under this chapter;

(2) has registered with the state chemist; and

(3) is authorized to engage in

the use of general use pesticide products or fertilizer materials for hire.
