Section 15-16-5-20 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] "Licensed public applicator"

As used in this chapter, "licensed public applicator" means a licensed certified commercial applicator who uses or supervises the use of a restricted use pesticide as an employee of a state agency, municipal corporation, or other governmental agency. The term includes a commercial applicator using a pesticide in a potentially hazardous situation or site as determined by the board.
