Section 15-16-5-17 - [Effective 7/1/2024] "Licensed applicator not for hire"

As used in this chapter, "licensed applicator not for hire" means a licensed certified commercial applicator who is employed by a private employer to use or supervise the use of a restricted use pesticide only on the property of the employer.
