Section 15-16-5-15.5 - [Effective 7/1/2024] As used in this chapter, "isolation area" means the area that is:
(1) located within two hundred (200) feet of a community public water supply system production well that serves at least fifteen (15) service connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least twenty-five (25) year-round residents; and(2) intended to protect ground water from direct contamination by pesticides.Added by P.L. 29-2024,SEC. 25, eff. 7/1/2024.
