Section 15-16-4-60 - Exemptions; used for research

Section 59 (4) of this chapter does not apply to pesticides used in research by:

(1) the United States Department of Agriculture;

(2) the United States Department of Interior;

(3) the Purdue University agricultural research programs; or

(4) other persons who are qualified researchers as approved by the board.
