Ind. Code § 15-16-4-28

Section 15-16-4-28 - "Person"

As used in this chapter, "person" means:

(1) an individual;

(2) a partnership;

(3) an association;

(4) a fiduciary;

(5) a corporation; or

(6) an organized group of persons;

whether incorporated or not.
