Section 15-15-13-19 - Sale of hemp buds and flowers(a) Hemp bud (as defined in IC 35-48-1-17.2 ) and hemp flower (as defined in IC 35-48-1-17.3 ) may be sold only to a processor licensed under this chapter.(b) The state seed commissioner may impose a civil penalty under section 13 of this chapter for a violation of subsection (a).Added by P.L. 190-2019,SEC. 20, eff. 7/1/2019.
