Section 15-12-1-8 - Eligibility to form an association The following may form an association under this chapter:
(1) Five (5) or more persons engaged in the production of agricultural products.(2) Two (2) or more associations that: (A) are:(i) organized under or governed by this chapter; or(ii) organized under any other Indiana law or under the laws of any other state or territory of the United States or of the District of Columbia; and(B) are operated on a cooperative basis for the mutual benefit of the associations' members, members and patrons, or patrons as producers or associations of producers.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-7-1-3.
