Section 14-8-2-165 - "Mining"

(a) "Mining", for purposes of IC 14-34-8-4, has the meaning set forth in IC 14-34-8-4.

(b) "Mining", for purposes of IC 14-36-2, has the meaning set forth in IC 14-36-2-3.
