Section 14-37-3-9 - Regulation of underground petroleum storage wells

The commission shall regulate the drilling, deepening, operating, plugging, and abandoning of the following:

(1) Wells for underground storage of petroleum products.

(2) Other wells for oil and gas purposes that may affect underground storage reservoirs.
