Section 14-37-10-7 - Liability of responsible person(a) An expenditure made from the fund under this chapter does not release a responsible person from liability for the purposes described in section 5 of this chapter.(b) The department may seek reimbursement for expenses incurred under this chapter from a responsible person.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-12-6.
